Answer back door to receive all incoming shipments, sign for items, screen goods delivered against BOLs, evaluate material for obvious damage.
Alert recipient (via email) that package has been received.
Maintain and keep stocked self-service shipment center.
Can assist with palletizing/weighing large items.
Small parcels to be prepared by shippers.
Monitor daily shipments per company schedule utilizing approved carrier base (parcel and freight) - will ensure pickups are scheduled and parcel shipping labels are generated by Rivian's third party logistics provider.
Process received goods through goods receipt, put away, and issue out.
Ensure inventory is accurate and maintained at appropriate levels and policies and procedures are enforced to ensure efficient, effective, and safe warehouse operations.
Oversee warehouse locations and labeling, making sure goods are correctly stored and reflected in company ERP (web based inventory management system).
Other activities as deemed necessary by company needs.
THIS IS WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
3
years relevant experience in warehouse operations:
shipping, receiving, inventory control, goods receipt, documentation, issue out, escalations/resolutions.
MVR Check is Required High school diploma required.
Associates' degree or higher a plus.
Pay rate:
$20/HR.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
