Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for a Social Services Manager to plan organize and evaluate the work of social services staff engaged in the delivery of the hospital's clinical social services program. The position is responsible for managing multiple units of clinical social services and monitors the operation of the department; develops and administers policies and procedures, evaluates the work of Hospital Medical Social Workers (Social Service Practitioners) who provide discharge planning and direct counseling services to patients and their families and support staff, coordinates unit programs with other county departments; prepares the department budget, controls staffing levels, conducts case conferences and audits, and provides training and ongoing monitoring of program requirements.
Applicants must possess all of the following:
Education: A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a school accredited by the Council of Social Work Education as required by Title 22 state regulations.
License: Possession of a current license with the State of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
In addition to the above, candidates must possess one (1) of the following options:
Option A-
Experience: Three (3) years of social work experience in a clinic or healthcare agency.
Option B -
Experience: Two (2) years of experience as a social worker in an acute care hospital.
Option C -
Experience: Two (2) years of experience equivalent to a Social Service Practitioner in San Bernardino County, performing complex social work assignments, comprehensive diagnostic assessments, in-depth clinical intervention treatment plans.
An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
