Our Client is looking for a Lead Program Manager for a Full Time position near Colton, CA.

Seeking a technically skilled Lead Program Manager experienced in leading and managing programs and key divisional projects from concept through the life of the project.
In this position you will:
Monitor program performance metrics (cost/timing) and support Continuous Improvement efforts for product and process changes thru the program life cycle, by setting priorities for resource focus within the project team to meet program deliverables.
Identify potential system process deficiencies or improvements and communicate to the management team or appropriate department head.
Coordinate and communicate project requirements.
Generate and manage Macro Product Launch Timelines.
Facilitate Product Cost Estimates in collaboration with; Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, and Purchasing/Materials.
Coordinate information flow with respect to program/product changes between the customer, sales, product development, purchasing, operations, manufacturing engineering and the Product Line Manager.
Maintain compliance to current TS/ISO standards and customer specific requirements as applicable.
Facilitate detailed evaluation of programs outlining potential risks and benefits (technical, financial, resource, timing, etc.) and communicate to the management team.
Support, promote, and perform in a manner consistent with high performance teams, continuous improvement goals, and values o clients Industrial Division.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree (BS preferred) and a minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience. An advanced degree is a plus.
A minimum, of ten years of relevant work experience in lieu a degree is acceptable.
In depth understanding of Profit/Loss statements and tools, including cost model generation, interaction, and business impact required.
Experience in high-volume manufacturing of electro-mechanical products preferred.
Expertise in MS Project and Excel.
Superior program management acumen, excellent people and relationship building skills and the desire to succeed.
Strong work ethic and passion for driving excellence.
