ReadyRefresh offers a professional dispenser cleaning service for rented and customer-owned dispensers in homes and offices. This service ensures great tasting bottled water by maintaining optimal hygiene of the dispenser. Pro-Clean service adds value and improves the ReadyRefresh customer experience.
Pro-Clean Service Technicians provide professional dispenser cleaning services to all routed customers each day. On average 10-15 Pro-Clean activities are executed on location in both commercial and residential accounts. Desired candidates should have the ability to follow strict quality process requirements and demonstrate strong customer interaction skills. Pro-Clean Technicians provide service in a safe and productive manner. This includes offering additional products and services, meeting pre-established productivity targets and executing other duties as assigned (ex. pick-up, exchange or removal of equipment).
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
On current route for at least on year, route must be in good standings
Recommendation from current manager
Good safety record
Non-route candidates should provide a recommendation from immediate supervisor
Desired candidates will have general maintenance or plumbing related skills, the ability to follow strict quality process requirements, strong customer interaction skills and an appreciation for safety.

Must be an articulate verbal communicator
Must possess strong organizational skills and a customer centric focus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
