About the opportunity
EMSI is seeking Mobile-Phlebotomists to staff clinics in a fast pace environment. Will train on processes. Must be flexible and adaptable with excellent customer service skill. May be at one clinic in morning and another in afternoon. This is a part time position.
Experience and Training:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Phlebotomy Certificate (or MA, LPN, RN, EMT)
Two (2) years of recent phlebotomy related experience in the medical field with a minimum of 300 blood draws.
Skills required:
Excellent Phlebotomy skill
Flexible and adaptable
Good verbal and nonverbal communication
Ability to work well independently as well as with others
Must have own vehicle with current insurance;
Excellent communication and technical skills
High level of courtesy and professionalism.
Commitment to excellence; maintain the highest level of integrity.

Draw blood on patients
Strict adherence to OHSA rules/regs
Accurate documentation

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
