SUMMARY OF DUTIES:                                                                                                                


Managed five US College Schools under the leadership of a Corporate Office and a Regional Director to ensure implementation of all policies and procedures which include all business office functions. Duties include all campus financials, student accounts, collections, billing, payables and receivables, reconciles all banking/credit card transactions daily /monthly, negotiates all contracts with all third party agencies and orders and maintains all inventory supplies for all campuses.  Responsible also includes Human Resources for all US Colleges Campuses which includes, all new hires, employee separations/terminations, counsel/write-ups, opens and closes all employment requisitions, LOAs, change of status and maintains and audits all confidential employee files. Summary of Duties:


Ensured implementation of all policies and procedures relating to collections, fund disbursements and agency reporting. Managed 1000 student accounts with an average of $450,000 in monthly collections. Reviewed and prepared invoices for government, state, county workforce agencies and city funded training. Developed payment plan programs which resulted in a consistent attainment of cash flow goals and a decrease in past due collections by 25%. Oversaw purchase orders and capital requests. Developed and successfully implemented business office procedures, resulting in streamlined office operations, accurate records and higher staff productivity. Responsible for planning, coordinating, managing and directing all the business office, human resources and all aspects of the financial department of a Home Health Agency. I work directly under the CFO and Administrator.    Duties under the Accounting Department include; handle all aspects of in house payroll and complete all monthly, quarterly reports, by assuring compliance with state and federal regulations, which including wages, salaries and benefit regulations. I handle financials through effective accounts payables, accounts receivables, cash disbursements, banking reconciliations, budgeting and PNLs. I prepare all requested documentation for annual internal and external auditing while maintaining organizational skills and confidentiality at all times.   I Supervise and Oversees the Human Resource Department, interviewing, hires, fires, orientate, counsels, motivate, and evaluate all staff. I also handle all administrative works of the agency such as; coordinate and write all policies and procedures, handle all aspects of workman’s compensation, liability insurance. I supervise the business office support staff, Billing department and Managed Care Coordinators. I have knowledge and experience in areas of Manage Care Coordination, marketing, intake process, admissions, discharges, contracting, eligibility, authorization, billing, coordinating and patient managing care, for all disciplines (nursing, therapies etc.).
